Animation : Splash

This semester we're learning the beauty of special effects animation. It's like falling in love with animation all over again!

So our assignment was to animate a drop of water.  Nothing too fancy or complicated, just a drop of water and the splash that follows.

This was what I came up with.

Let's see, drawn on paper with a mechanical pencil, captured in Pencil Check Pro, about 40 frames with the frames set on ones and twos. 

I dunno there's not much I can say about this.  I'll just let it speak for itself.

Our current assignment is fire and the next assignment is smoke.  I'm so excited this class is so much fun!
