Life : Tools of the Trade

Just in case you're wondering what kind of hardware and software I use on my art.
Computer
I currently have a 15" 2007 Macbook Pro who goes by the name of Mack.  It has a 500 GB hard drive so I should have more than enough space on my computer for drawings.

Graphics Tablet
Yes, I use a tablet.  I was once quite adept at using a mouse but no more thank you.  I use a Genius G-Pen m609. I usually end up calling him either Genius or 609 depending on the day.  He's about the same size as Mack, so carrying them together is fairly easy.  Genius has about 1000 levels of sensitivity, so I am basically handicapped when the pen pressure is not working for whatever reason.

Art Programs
I have CS5 master suite, so I use Photoshop for nearly everything.  It does really good lineart and it's just all around fun to draw in.  I use PS for pixel art and pixel animations too. I also use Corel Painter 12 for coloring/digital painting and stuff, but it doesn't have an animation feature so I do not really use it as much.  Since I got CS5, I have been using Flash for animating anything other than pixels.  I have a few little character animations that I need to lineart and color that turned out pretty cool.
I also use Maya, Unity, FireAlpaca, and Paint Tool Sai (On my Windows only). The only downside to having a Mac is the fact that I can't use Sai but oh well everything else works fine.

Traditional Art Media
I can adapt myself to just about any medium.  I have used oil, watercolor, and acrylic paints, clay, fabric etc.  Basically if you show me how to do it, I can usually figure it out.  Pencil and paper is still my favorite though.
