Drawings : Characters

I don't really know what to title this one because it's basically a compilation of a few pictures I've drawn recently that I haven't uploaded on here yet.

So first off we have this pretty picture of a cat sitting under a snow covered tree.  Pretty simple, this was basically just a speed paint.  It turned out pretty cool though.

Next we have this lovely picture of Panic being a princess. This turned out better than I expected it to, but the fur on her tail looks gross.

Here's a fake screenshot from a comic idea I have.  I'm still working on the story so I have no idea when I'll actually start drawing it.



In this picture is Atone (left, antagonist) and Panic (right, protagonist) and the words are being said by Atone.

 Over the winter break I also made this character, who has been given the name of Friend.


I don't really know why I designed her, but here she is. I suppose she'll make an appearance in the previously mentioned comic.

A day or so after drawing Friend, I drew this. I dunno it's just supposed to be for fun.

 I'm in this group where everyone's characters are cats so I've been drawing cats a lot lately (which is good because I've always had a hard time drawing cat proportions).  A lot of the stuff I draw anymore is cats because of this group.

It's pretty fun most of the time.













And for my grand finale, here is a semi-descent picture of Drift/Draft;

I didn't notice until it was too late that I made a few of the proportions off, but for the most part I'm pretty pleased with how this turned out.  I kinda had too much fun with a few of the effects brushes, but it was worth it.

I'm so excited to take Drawing for Animation you have no idea!
