Without further ado, here are my final animations from Fall 2012 semester.
In all their wonderful glory.
This first one was "the big one". We had to create a 20 second animation of basically whatever we wanted so I drew Panic chasing a butterfly. It's pretty simple but I learned that I love animating butterflies flying. It really is super fun I might have to do a few more of these little flight scenes.

We also had to do a few walk cycles, three to be exact. They could be whatever we wanted, and one had to be in perspective, so I did the bat cycle which was previously uploaded here, a perspective walk of Santa hauling his pack around, and then struggled to think of a third idea. This is when having an immature brother is a good thing. First I drew this guy walking really weird like, breaking his elbows or whatever, then my brother says "hey you should give him a cape" so I did. Flowing fabric is fun to animate too, I kinda want to try animating a flag sometime because of this. After I was done he said "oh now give him fabulous hair" so I did. And then this beautiful walk cycle happened. It flicks a lot more than I remember, but oh well, that's why I'm still learning!
And then for kicks and giggles I animated this over the break, so this is kind of just a bonus thing. Swirly lines are fun to animate too.
Here's to a new semester and even more frames! Bring it on!
